From Craig: As we begin the season, please make it a practice to call your partner at least a day before each assigned game. This is particularly important early in the season as assignments are being finalized. Thank you.

Another clarification has been posted here. This clarifies the meaning of the words “intentionally propels” as applied to rule 4.15. Thanks to Darryl Benson for sharing the response and to Randy for sending it out.
